Our Approach to Quality

We work to select products that meet our expectations for appearance, functionality, and value. Products may vary in fabric, construction, fit, and design, and customers should always review the individual product description and size information before ordering.

Because colours can appear differently depending on lighting, photography, and screen settings, minor differences between the displayed image and the physical product may occur.

A Customer-Focused Shopping Experience

Our goal is to provide a clear and straightforward shopping experience from product selection through delivery.

We maintain publicly available policies covering:

  • Returns and refunds
  • Privacy and data protection
  • Terms of service
  • Shipping and delivery
  • Legal and contact information

Customers are encouraged to review these policies before placing an order.

Shipping

reefb.shop provides free standard shipping on eligible orders accepted through our website.

Our estimated standard delivery period is 15 to 20 business days, unless a different delivery estimate is clearly shown on the product page, during checkout, or in the order confirmation.

Delivery estimates may be affected by public holidays, severe weather, high order volumes, customs procedures, carrier delays, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns and Customer Rights

Customers may exercise any statutory consumer rights available under applicable German and European Union law.

Eligible consumers generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Additional information about withdrawals, returns, defective products, and refunds is available in our Return and Refund Policy.

Nothing in our store policies is intended to restrict any mandatory consumer rights.

Customer Support

Questions about products, sizing, orders, shipping, returns, or store policies may be sent to:

We aim to review customer enquiries within a reasonable period. Response times may be longer during weekends, public holidays, promotional periods, or periods of unusually high demand.
